The role is hybrid with 8–15 years of experience and involves leading implementations, configuring modules, and delivering solutions aligned with client objectives. You will serve as SME across multiple Workday modules and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Candidates should have hands-on experience in modules such as Workday Core HCM, Core Integration, Studio, and Talent

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with minimum 5+ years relevant into Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
• Act as SME for assigned Workday modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and support Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, integrations, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic consulting and advisory support to enterprise clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants/team members.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Role Summary

ARAs Client is seeking experienced Workday professionals with expertise in one or more Workday modules including Workday Financial Accounting Core, Workday Extend, and Workday Talent Management, Workday Core Integration, Workday Core HCM, Workday Studio & others

Key Responsibilities
