Job summary

EICE Technology is seeking an experienced Workday Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations, reports, and business processes. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

You will work with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and assist with testing, deployments, data validation, and documentation in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Development experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB & Core Connectors.
• Experience with Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Knowledge of Workday Security and Business Processes.
• Proficient in Workday Web Services / REST / SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, and Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Web Services.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Finance, Identity Management, and other apps.
• Create and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Configure and support Business Processes, notifications, and security.
• Support Workday Extend applications where applicable.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, deployments, data conversions, and data validation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor integration performance and data quality.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Workday best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.

• Integration experience with ADP, Kronos, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or ERP platforms.

Experience Level

Senior-Level: 7+ years with strong integration design, architecture, and leadership experience.
