In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, providing timely and accurate assistance regarding inquiries, services, and support requests. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly via live chat with professionalism and empathy

• Resolve issues or redirect inquiries to appropriate departments for escalation

• Maintain records of customer interactions and document procedures accurately

• Meet daily targets related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and consistent communication

• Provide follow-up to ensure full resolution of customer concerns

• Attend virtual training and performance meetings as scheduled
