Job summary

Vyntrapro Innovations in Mumbai seeks a skilled Windows Administrator (L2) to manage and support Windows-based infrastructure. You will handle escalated issues, ensure system stability and high availability of servers and services.

You will manage AD, DNS, DHCP, patching, backups, and monitoring with tools like SolarWinds or Zabbix, while coordinating with L3 teams and maintaining thorough SOPs and RCA reports. This role requires ITIL awareness and a 24x7 shift capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Server administration and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience monitoring server health and performance using enterprise tools.
• Experience with patch management and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Handle L2 level incidents, service requests, and problem management.
• Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
• Perform user administration (Active Directory, Group Policies).
• Troubleshoot OS performance, CPU, memory, disk utilization.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print services.
• Perform patch management and updates.
• Handle backup and restore operations.
• Work on incident management tools (ServiceDesk, ticketing systems).
• Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for critical issues.
• Maintain documentation (SOPs, RCA, reports).
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes.
