• Server Administration & Maintenance
• Manage and administer Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Perform server provisioning following standard checklists and best practices.
• Ensure system availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues.
• Hyper‑V Cluster Management
• Configure and manage Failover Clusters and Hyper‑V environments.
• Perform and troubleshoot:
• Live Migration vs Quick Migration
• Cluster resource optimization
• Ensure high availability with minimal downtime.
• Patch Management & Security
• Execute monthly OS security patching across standalone and clustered environments.
• Apply patches with minimum downtime strategies (Cluster Aware Updating).
• Maintain compliance with organizational security standards.
• Perform vulnerability remediation and system hardening.

• Configure and troubleshoot:
• NIC Teaming
• Virtual switches and network configurations
