Job Summary

We are seeking a senior Windows Server Administrator with extensive experience in managing enterprise Windows environments. The candidate will provide L3 support, ensure system availability, and assist in server infrastructure projects, including virtualization and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments: AD 2003/2003R2/2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2/2016/2019.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor core services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, Clustering, Certificate Services, File & Print Services, Anti-Virus.
• Basic troubleshooting of Messaging, Remote Deployment, Proxy Services.
• Manage server hardware, backup/recovery processes, and patching.
• Execute Active Directory disaster recovery and Windows OS refresh projects.
• Provide support during build and run phases of projects.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware ESX Infrastructure and virtualization.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
