Key Responsibilities:

• Server Installation and Configuration: Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments
• Active Directory Management: Manage Active Directory services, including user administration, group policies, domain controller configuration, and AD migration
• Monitoring & Auditing: Monitor server health, apply updates, and conduct periodic audits
• Azure Cloud Management: Deploy and manage resources in Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking)
• Manage identity and access using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Monitor Azure resources using built-in monitoring tools
• Assist in implementing backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions in Azure
• Support hybrid environment integration (on-premises with Azure)
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including user lifecycle, licensing, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, security policies, mail flow troubleshooting, DLP, and Defender
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Perform or delegate regular backups and implement processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover
• Firewall & Network Security: Configure and manage firewall solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments, including rule creation, access control, VPN configuration, and basic network security best practices

Required Skills

• Basic experience with cloud platform Microsoft Azure, including hybrid environments. [Preferred]
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere, backup tools like Veeam, and storage (SAN) basics. [Preferred]
• Experience with patching, backup & recovery, and disaster recovery activities
• Basic understanding of security best practices and system hardening
• Good communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal teams
