Job summary

Rajmohan Ventures in Vadodara invites an experienced Windows System Administrator L2 to join our IT Infrastructure team. You will manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms while ensuring high availability and security for our servers and networks.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Windows Server 2008–2019, GPO, DNS/DHCP, backup and disaster recovery, and 24x7 support with rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 36 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or in a similar Infrastructure Support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Print Server administration.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Experience with backup and recovery tools.
• Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus solutions, endpoint security, and security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment, including rotational shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security logs, investigate incidents, and perform vulnerability remediation.

• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry standards.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for server, system, and infrastructure‑related issues.
