Job summary

Matrix Wellness, LLC in Santacruz West, Mumbai, a premium longevity and recovery centre, is hiring a Wellness Sales Executive to grow memberships and programme sales. You will turn enquiries, walk-ins and leads into paying members, and build relationships that bring them back and bring their friends.

You will tour the centre, explain therapies, book first sessions and doctor consultations, and close memberships, session packs and transformation programmes against monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales at a premium gym, wellness clinic, spa, or luxury brand.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Well-presented; comfortable talking to HNI and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up on leads from ads, website, WhatsApp, walk-ins and referrals on the same day.
• Give centre tours and explain therapies in simple terms; book first sessions and doctor consultations.
• Consult and close memberships, session packs, and transformation programmes against monthly targets.
• Sell to MMA Matrix Gym members, corporates, residential societies and partner gyms and clinics in Santacruz, Bandra, Khar and Juhu.
• Keep all leads and sales updated in the CRM; report numbers weekly.
• Drive renewals, upgrades and referrals from existing members.

Matrix Wellness is a premium longevity and recovery centre in Santacruz West, Mumbai, part of the celebrity-backed Matrix group (MMA Matrix Gym, Matrix Club House). Under one roof we offer doctor-supervised IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT), IHHT, cryotherapy, PEMF, red-light therapy, body-composition and thermal assessments and a luxury spa, sold as memberships and transformation programmes.

The role

We are hiring a Wellness Sales Executive to grow memberships and programme sales at our Santacruz centre. You will turn enquiries, walk-ins and leads into paying members, and build relationships that bring them back and bring their friends.

What you will do

• Call and follow up on leads from Meta ads, the website, WhatsApp, walk-ins and referrals the same day
• Give centre tours, explain each therapy in simple terms and book first sessions and doctor consultations
• Consult and close memberships, session packs and transformation programmes against a monthly target
• Sell to MMA Matrix Gym members, corporates, residential societies and partner gyms and clinics in Santacruz, Bandra, Khar and Juhu
• Keep every lead and sale updated in the CRM and report your numbers weekly
• Drive renewals, upgrades and referrals from existing members
• Support the front desk with bookings and the guest experience when needed

Who we are looking for

• 2–4 years in sales at a premium gym, wellness clinic, spa, aesthetics or dermatology clinic, salon chain, hospitality or luxury retail brand
• A track record of meeting monthly sales or membership targets
• Confident on calls and face to face; fluent in English and Hindi
• Well presented, comfortable talking to HNI and corporate clients
• Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
• Six-day week on a roster that includes weekends
• Based in or near Santacruz preferred; immediate joiners preferred
