Job Description

Website Management

• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website and mobile interface.
• Ensure the website is updated with the latest products, prices, offers, banners, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, speed, and functionality issues.
• Coordinate with developers or IT vendors for bug fixes, updates, and new feature implementation.

Product & Catalog Operations

• Create, upload, and manage product listings for 2-wheeler accessories and riding gear products.
• Ensure product descriptions, specifications, compatibility details, images, and SEO content are accurate.
• Maintain category structure, filters, product tags, and search optimization.

Inventory & Order Management

• Coordinate with the Inventory and Purchase teams to ensure stock availability is accurately reflected on the website.
• Monitor inventory synchronization between ERP, warehouse, and website.
• Oversee order flow from website confirmation to dispatch and delivery.
• Handle backorders, cancellations, returns, and replacement coordination.

Customer Experience

• Ensure a smooth online shopping experience for customers.
• Monitor customer complaints related to website issues, payment failures, order tracking, and product information.
• Work closely with the Customer Care team to resolve escalations quickly.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Track daily website sales, conversion rates, traffic, cart abandonment, and other e-commerce KPIs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Suggest improvements to increase online sales and operational efficiency.

Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate with the Marketing and Media teams for campaign launches, seasonal offers, and promotional activities.
• Ensure landing pages, discount codes, and promotional banners are activated correctly.
• Support SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace campaign execution from an operations perspective.

Payment & Logistics Coordination

• Monitor payment gateway transactions and resolve payment reconciliation issues.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for shipment updates and delivery performance.
• Ensure order tracking information is updated for customers.
