Job summary

JUSTO Realfintech Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a Sourcing Manager to drive business through Channel Partners and sourcing channels across the Western Mumbai region.

You will build a strong CP network, manage relationships, and generate qualified site visits and opportunities in a fast-paced real estate mandate environment. The candidate should have on-ground Mumbai real estate exposure, with 2–7 years in real estate sales/sourcing and a track record of meeting sourcing targets.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience in real estate sales/sourcing/channel partner management.
• Strong knowledge of Western Mumbai market including Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Dahisar, Mira Road.
• Experience with a real estate mandate firm, developer, or brokerage/channel partner organisation preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners to expand sourcing network.
• Generate leads and site visits through CP network; meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Monitor CP productivity and ensure CP-driven leads convert to visits and bookings.
• Keep CP databases and sourcing records; provide regular performance reports.

Role Overview

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for driving business through Channel Partners (CPs) and other sourcing channels across the Western Mumbai region. The role requires strong market knowledge, an established broker/CP network, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to consistently generate qualified site visits and business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong on-ground exposure to the Mumbai real estate market and preferably have experience working with a real estate mandate firm, developer, or brokerage/channel partner organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Channel Partners.
• Identify and onboard new CPs to expand the project's sourcing network.
• Regularly engage with CPs to communicate project USPs, inventory, pricing, offers, and updates.
• Activate dormant CPs and drive consistent business through the CP network.
• Conduct CP meetings, presentations, site visits, and engagement activities.

Business & Lead Generation

• Generate qualified leads and site visits through Channel Partners.
• Drive sourcing numbers in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor CP-wise productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure consistent conversion of CP-generated leads into site visits and bookings.
• Develop strategies to increase the overall contribution from the sourcing channel.

Market Development

• Maintain strong knowledge of the Western Mumbai real estate market, including Andheri, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Dahisar, Mira Road and surrounding micro-markets.
• Identify new broker networks, local influencers, and potential sourcing opportunities.
• Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, inventory, and market activity.
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor feedback to the Site/Market Head.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with Channel Partners and key market influencers.
• Address CP queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
• Ensure transparent and professional communication with the CP network.
• Work closely with the Closing and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth lead movement.

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain accurate CP databases and sourcing records.
• Track daily and monthly sourcing performance.
• Submit CP-wise lead, visit, booking, and conversion reports.
• Analyse sourcing performance and recommend corrective actions where required.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Monthly sourcing and site visit targets.
• Number of new CPs onboarded.
• Active CP ratio and CP productivity.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 2–7 years of experience in real estate sales/sourcing/channel partner management.
• Strong experience in the Western Mumbai real estate market.
• Prior experience with a real estate mandate firm will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
