Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs in Mumbai seeks an IT Infrastructure & Support professional to oversee day-to-day IT operations, resolve incidents, and support desktops, printers, and conferencing systems. You will coordinate with vendors to maintain uninterrupted services and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and user support activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
• Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, conferencing systems, and business applications.
• Coordinate with support teams and vendors to ensure uninterrupted IT services.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and antivirus solutions and Monitor security alerts, endpoint health, and compliance status.
• Maintain software inventory and license compliance. Track software procurement, renewals, utilization, and optimization.
• Manage lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, transfers, and disposal.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure audit readiness. Conduct periodic asset verification and reconciliation exercises.
• Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity infrastructure and Troubleshoot network-related incidents and performance issues.
• Coordinate with OEMs, service providers, ISPs, and technology partners.
• Support contract renewals, quotations, and procurement activities.
• Assist in IT, ISO, Security, Internal, and External audits.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, policies, and evidence repositories.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT service quality and operational efficiency.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migration projects, and transformation initiatives.
