We are looking for a skilled IT Assistant Manager to support and manage daily IT operations, ensure smooth infrastructure performance, and lead technical troubleshooting across the organization. The ideal candidate must be technically strong, proactive, and able to manage both systems and network environments effectively.

Experience: 3–6 years   Shift: Rotational   Location: Powai, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and user support.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, MAN, WAN, servers, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and security systems.
• Handle escalations for system issues, network outages, and hardware failures.
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and access control.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance.
• Assist in IT upgrades, migrations, and improvement projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols & server management.
• Solid hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, CompTIA are preferred.
• Experience with virtualization is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
