Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Enterprise IT Operations, with at least 2–4 years in IT Manager role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint management.
• Experience participating in or leading IT audits, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of IT Governance and related controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT infrastructure including Windows Servers, storage, backup, DR and BC.
• Administer and monitor Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and identity/access management.
• Maintain enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, VPN, proxy solutions, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls (EDR/XDR, antivirus, email security, patch management, PAM, MFA, endpoint hardening).
• Lead IT service desk and end-user support with SLA compliance and incident resolution.
• Coordinate infrastructure and cybersecurity incidents with SOC teams, stakeholders, and vendors; drive RCA and preventive actions.
• Plan and execute infrastructure, cloud, branch office, and technology refresh projects (migrations, upgrades).
• Maintain IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and information security standards; support audits.

Job description

• Administer andmonitor Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory,Microsoft Intune, endpoint management and identity and access management.

• Work closelywith Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams toimplement security controls and ensure ongoing compliance withorganizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  
• Trackcompliance initiatives, perform periodic infrastructure and securityreviews, conduct risk assessments, and ensure remediation of identifiedgaps within agreed timelines.
  
• Manageinfrastructure monitoring platforms, capacity planning, asset lifecycle,software licensing, and operational reporting to support businesscontinuity and operational excellence.
  
• Managerelationships with technology vendors and service providers, includingprocurement support, contract management, licensing, and service deliveryreviews.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team by promoting technicalexcellence, accountability, process improvement, and continuous learning.
