Job summary

Varroc in Maharashtra, India is seeking a seasoned Warranty and Field Quality Leader to act as the primary interface for warranty claims and field quality issues. You will lead root cause analysis, drive CAPA, and coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.

The role requires 5-8 years in warranty or field quality, with exposure to automotive lighting products. Proficiency in 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, IATF 16949, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills,

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary customer interface for warranty claims and field quality issues.
• Manage customer complaints, warranty returns, and product failure investigations.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for issue resolution.
• Track warranty performance, prepare reports, and present updates to customers.
• Ensure timely closure of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support field quality improvement initiatives and warranty cost reduction.

Requirements

• Diploma/ B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in Warranty, Customer Quality, or Field Quality functions.
• Experience in automotive lighting products (Head Lamps, Tail Lamps, LED Lighting) preferred.
• Strong customer handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and IATF 16949.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
