Job summary

JobTrade in Delhi seeks an organized warehouse associate to handle daily multi-channel order processing. You will verify stock, pick/pack items, generate invoices and labels, and ensure timely dispatch with courier partners.

Responsibilities include inventory control, stock reconciliation, returns handling, and maintaining MIS in Excel/Sheets. Strong attention to detail and basic Excel skills are required for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce operations, order processing, inventory or dispatch.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using computers and e-commerce/order management platforms.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, website and other channels.
• Check orders, verify stock availability, pick and pack products accurately.
• Generate invoices, shipping labels and ensure timely dispatch with courier partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update inward/outward stock movement.
• Reconcile physical stock with system and conduct regular stock checks.
• Monitor low stock and ensure proper SKU-wise organization and storage.
• Handle returns, RTO and exchanges; inspect returned products and update records.
• Identify damaged/missing items and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily pickups, track shipments and resolve logistics issues.
• Maintain dispatch reports, order logs and inventory MIS in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Assist in stock receiving, audits and overall smooth warehouse operations.

• Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Shiprocket or similar platforms will be an advantage
