Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, retail, or ecommerce.
• Prior experience in quick commerce, dark store, or hyperlocal fulfillment preferred.
• Exposure to loss prevention and inventory control functions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.
• Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks effectively.
• Track and reduce forward and reverse losses; implement preventive measures.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with supply chain and category teams for replenishment.
• Collaborate with Cluster Managers, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Publish reports on productivity, losses, and compliance.

Role Overview:
The Operations Executive – Warehouse Operations will be responsible for managing daytoday warehouse activities, ensuring smooth functioning of inbound and outbound processes, and driving operational excellence. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with crossfunctional teams to minimize losses, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management
  
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.
  
• Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks effectively.
  
• Loss Prevention & Control
  
• Track and reduce forward and reverse losses.
  
• Implement preventive measures to minimize shrinkage and inventory discrepancies.
  
• Investigate loss incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Inventory Management
  
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
  
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records and timely reporting.
  
• Coordinate with supply chain and category teams for replenishment.
  
• Stakeholder Coordination
  
• Collaborate with Cluster Managers, Finance, and Operations teams.
  
• Escalate and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting warehouse performance.
  
• Analytics & Reporting
  
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  
• Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
  
• Publish reports on productivity, losses, and compliance.
