Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Unicommerce WMS is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Ability to supervise warehouse staff and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse operations (inward, put‑away, picking, packing, dispatch, returns).
• Ensure timely, accurate order processing per SLAs.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities for smooth flow and space optimization.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts and stock audits.
• Perform daily Unicommerce transactions and ensure data accuracy in the system.
• Track KPI metrics and drive process improvements to boost productivity.
• Supervise warehouse associates and allocate tasks, ensuring efficient manpower utilization.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Support for seamless fulfillment.

About the Role:

Join SYVO's dynamic Operations Team and play a vital role in driving operational excellence across our warehouse and supply chain functions. As a Senior Warehouse Executive, you will manage end‑to‑end warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, dispatch planning, and operational reporting. This role offers

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse operations, including inward, put‑away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operational flow and minimize delays.
• Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and optimize space management practices.

2. Inventory Management & Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and physical inventory verification as per the defined schedule.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to inventory management practices such as FIFO/FEFO (where applicable) and proper stock handling procedures.

3. Warehouse Management System (Unicommerce)

• Perform daily warehouse transactions in Unicommerce WMS, including inventory updates, order processing, stock transfers, and dispatch management.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded within the system.
• Monitor system-generated reports and address discrepancies proactively.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution related to WMS operations.

4. KPI Monitoring & Operational Excellence

• Track and achieve key warehouse major performance indicators.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and share Daily, Weekly, and Monthly operational reports with the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory movements, stock reconciliations, and warehouse activities.
• Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel to provide actionable operational insights.
• Escalate operational challenges and recommend appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

6. Team Management & Coordination

• Supervise warehouse associates and ensure effective manpower utilization.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity and performance.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to warehouse staff on processes, SOPs, and system usage.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and operational excellence within the warehouse team.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Work closely with transport partners and dispatch teams to ensure timely shipment processing.
• Support business requirements during peak periods, promotional campaigns, and inventory planning activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree or MBA Fresher or Postgraduate qualification.

Core Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within E-commerce, Retail, D2C, or FMCG environments.
• Hands‑on experience working with Unicommerce WMS is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of warehouse KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy, Dispatch SLA, Productivity, and Order Processing metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to supervise warehouse manpower and optimize resource utilization effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
