Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and shipment schedules with customers and warehouse teams.

• Maintain operational MIS, reports, and customer records using MS Excel.

• Escalate operational issues to relevant teams for quick resolution.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
