Job description

Role Overview

The Senior Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing BECO’s end-to-end warehousing operations across India, ensuring efficient inventory management, cost control, compliance, and seamless coordination with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to support rapid business growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to align production schedules with sales forecasts.
• Monitor production progress to ensure on-time completion and dispatch readiness.
• Track and manage finished goods availability for various sales channels (B2B and e-commerce).
• Maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and distribution points.
• Track SKU-wise inventory, reconcile physical vs. system stocks, and reduce slow-moving inventory.
• Support cycle counts, stock audits, and data accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Zoho, Unicommerce, or similar).
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly MIS reports: stock status, dispatch summary, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), and lead times.
• Identify and highlight bottlenecks or process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support automation and process improvement projects in Operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.
• Champion sustainability initiatives in packaging, logistics, and waste reduction.
