Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Experience managing multiple warehouses and 3PL operations; high-volume warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across Bengaluru locations with periodic travel to Chennai & Hyderabad.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and variance resolution.
• Ensure timely inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while meeting SLAs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, 3PL partners, and warehouse teams to ensure material flow and SOP compliance.
• Monitor KPIs including inventory ageing, order fulfilment, productivity, and dispatch efficiency.
• Conduct warehouse visits to monitor process discipline, safety, and infrastructure readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare MIS reports for inventory, dispatches, stock movement, and operational performance.
• Support warehouse expansion, transition projects, and system-driven process enhancements.

About the Role:

We are looking for an execution-focused Assistant Manager – Warehouse (South) to manage operations across multiple warehouse locations in Bengaluru with periodic travelling to Chennai & Hyderabad. The role involves driving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, process compliance, and cross-functional coordination, with frequent travel across warehouses. Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or E-commerce warehousing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple warehouse locations in Bengaluru, with periodic travel to Chennai & Hyderabad.


• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and variance resolution.


• Ensure timely inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while meeting defined SLAs.


• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, 3PL partners, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and adherence to operational SOPs and compliance standards.


• Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory ageing, order fulfilment, productivity, and dispatch efficiency.


• Conduct regular warehouse visits to monitor process discipline, safety practices, and infrastructure readiness.

Preferred Skills & Know-how:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and 3PL processes.


• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel.


• Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


• Understanding of warehouse compliance and safety standards.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care environment.


• Willingness to travel across warehouse locations in Gurgaon & Rajpura.

Experience Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care.


• Experience in managing multiple warehouses and 3PL operations; exposure to high-volume warehousing is preferred.
