Job summary

Zentiva Poland seeks an Executive – Warehouse to manage receipt/issue of RM/PM/FG, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure GMP/HSE standards in Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

The role requires 1–3 years in pharmaceutical warehousing, a science/commerce/pharmacy background, and SAP proficiency. You will also maintain GMP records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Science, Commerce or Pharmacy.
• Diploma in Materials Management (preferable).
• 1 to 3 years of Pharmaceutical Warehouse experience.
• Technical skills & competencies: SAP, communication, coordination.

Responsibilities

• Receive & issue raw materials, packing materials and dispatch finished goods as per SOP.
• Coordinate with Finance, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement: create GRNs, sampling, PO Amendments, PO releases, etc.
• Implement global warehousing standards and ensure GMP, HSE compliance.
• Initiate engineering work orders in HANA and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain GMP documents, logbooks and applicable formats.
• Ensure compliance with statutory audits and conduct physical stock verification.
• Maintain material receipt and quarantine areas for continuous flow of incoming materials.
• Track receipts according to supply chain delivery schedules.
• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping per SOP.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or hazards promptly.
• Carry out destruction of old warehouse records per SOP and manage fixed assets.
• Manage scrap activities and maintain required documents/logbooks.
• Contribute to additional assignments or projects as directed by the Dept. Head.
