Responsibilities

• Supervise all the warehouse’s daily activities while maximizing efficiency and minimizing staff overtime.
• Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies.
• Analyse logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee security operations; manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity, and logistics.
• Motivate, organise and discipline staff.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods.
• Inspect, maintain and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Keep detailed records of warehouse activities (P&L).
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
