Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: PUC.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an e-commerce warehouse.
• Hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C warehouse operations is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Process and monitor B2B and B2C orders with high accuracy.
• Perform inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
• Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse housekeeping (5S).
• Update and maintain transactions in WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth warehouse operations.
• Handle returns, stock transfers, and support inventory audits.
• Monitor productivity and ensure operational service levels are achieved.
