Caspian Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru/Bidadi is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to own end-to-end FMCG warehouse operations, overseeing a team of 200+ employees and driving cost control, inventory accuracy and KPI achievement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong SAP experience, shift planning and the ability to manage large-scale warehousing targets with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in FMCG warehouse operations.

Job Summary

Caspian Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to take complete ownership of our FMCG warehouse operations at Bidadi, Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of hands‑on experience in FMCG warehouse operations, with strong expertise in large‑scale manpower management, shift operations, SAP, inventory management, warehouse budgeting and cost control.

The candidate will be responsible for managing a warehouse workforce of approximately 200+ employees and ensuring smooth, safe, efficient and cost‑effective operations while meeting customer SLAs and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete end‑to‑end ownership of warehouse operations, including Inward, Put‑away, Storage, Inventory, Picking, Packing and Dispatch.
• Manage and lead a workforce of approximately 200+ employees, including supervisors, team leaders, operators, loaders and support staff.
• Plan and manage multiple warehouse shifts, manpower deployment, shift rosters and daily operational activities.
• Ensure optimum utilization and productivity of manpower and warehouse resources.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop warehouse supervisors and operational teams.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, KPIs, SLA adherence, operational efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and stock control through proper processes and system controls.
• Ensure implementation of FIFO/FEFO, 5S, safety, housekeeping and warehouse SOPs.
• Manage warehouse budget, operating expenses and cost‑control initiatives.
• Analyze operational costs and identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle operational escalations related to manpower, inventory, dispatch, productivity and customer requirements.
• Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilization and material‑handling equipment.
• Ensure timely preparation and review of daily, weekly and monthly MIS and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, quality, safety and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, statutory regulations and safety standards.
• Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.

SAP Key Requirement

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Warehouse Management / SAP MM / SAP‑related warehouse transactions is highly preferred.
• Should have practical knowledge of SAP‑based Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, Inventory transactions, Picking/Dispatch and stock reconciliation.
• Ability to monitor warehouse operations through SAP and ensure system stock vs. physical stock accuracy.
• Experience in SAP‑based inventory reporting, transaction monitoring and resolving operational/system discrepancies.
• Candidates with strong SAP implementation or warehouse process integration experience will be preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• 15+ years of hands‑on experience in FMCG warehouse operations is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale warehouses with 200+ manpower.
• Strong experience in manpower management, shift operations and workforce planning.
• Excellent knowledge of FMCG warehouse processes and supply chain operations.
• Strong experience in warehouse budgeting, cost control and productivity management.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of SAP warehouse processes.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete warehouse operation and take full operational ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Kannada and Hindi communication skills are highly preferred.
• Candidates from Kerala with good Kannada and Hindi communication skills are preferred.
• Willingness to work at Bidadi, Bangalore and manage rotational/flexible shifts as required.
