Job summary

Beco invites applications for a Warehouse Supervisor role to oversee daily warehouse operations across Pan India. You will supervise daily activities, drive efficiency, and ensure safe, compliant processes while managing inventory, receiving, warehousing and distribution.

The ideal candidate will guide staff, implement policies, analyze logistics data to boost productivity, and maintain records while ensuring equipment safety and P&L transparency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all the warehouse’s daily activities while working to maximize efficiency and minimize staff overtime
• Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies
• Analyse logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention
• Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Implement operational policies and procedures
• Implement and oversee security operations Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity, and logistics
• Motivate, organize, and discipline staff
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods
• Inspect, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles
• Keep detailed records of warehouse activities(P&L)
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
