Job summary

Anamika Trade Links in Haryana, Rewari, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to own day-to-day warehousing—Inbound, put-away, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and returns.

You will plan and manage manpower across all shifts, drive 5S and safety, monitor KPIs, manage the MHE fleet, and serve as the client’s daily contact while ensuring statutory compliance and cost control with HR and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in warehouse/DC operations.
• At least 3 years in a site-in-charge or manager role.
• Proficient in WMS/ERP, MS Excel, and warehouse KPIs.
• Strong people-management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations: inbound, put-away, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and returns.
• Plan and manage manpower deployment across all shifts to meet agreed SLAs and volumes.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (fill rate, inventory accuracy, dispatch TAT, damages/shrinkage) and report them to company management.
• Drive SOP adherence, 5S, and safety compliance across the facility; lead incident investigation and corrective action.
• Manage the MHE fleet (forklifts, reach trucks, BOPT/hand pallet trucks) utilisation, maintenance schedules, and operator safety.
• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for the client, while escalating all issues, risks, and decisions through company management.
• Own statutory and audit compliance (labour law, fire/safety, warehouse licensing) with support from HR/compliance teams.
• Review and sign off on manpower attendance, billing, and cost control for the site.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, MS Excel, and warehouse KPIs.
• Strong people-management, client-facing, and crisis-handling skills.
