Job summary

Damyaa Pj Foods in Rampur (UP) is seeking an experienced warehouse professional to independently manage daily operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

You will maintain ERP-based records, implement FIFO/FEFO, coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality and Dispatch teams, and supervise staff to ensure accurate stock and safe handling. Strong organizational skills and adherence to food-grade storage standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to control material movement and expiry.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
• Monitor material inward, outward, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain ERP-based inventory records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, hygiene, and pest-control standards.
• Optimize warehouse space and ensure safe material handling.
• Supervise warehouse staff and monitor team performance.
