Job summary

Ragini Mutneja is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily ecommerce warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch. The role requires hands-on Uniware (Unicommerce) expertise, strong inventory control, cycle counts, returns handling and team supervision to ensure timely order processing and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Uniware (Unicommerce) experience with strong knowledge of inventory management.
• Experience in inbound/outbound, put-away, picking and packing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce order processing and returns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace orders and ensure timely dispatch within SLA.

• Prepare and share warehouse MIS and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with e-commerce, logistics, and procurement teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage inventory accurately and ensure proper stock movement and reconciliation.
• Handle Uniware operations, including order processing, inventory updates, shipment processing and returns.
• Monitor Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other marketplace orders through Uniware.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch within defined SLA.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages and excess stock.
• Manage RTO/returns and ensure proper inwarding and inventory updates.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks efficiently.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly warehouse MIS and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce, logistics, procurement

Preferred candidate profile
