Job summary

Wellbeing Nutrition in Mumbai seeks an Inventory/Stock Controller to maintain accurate records, monitor inward and outward movement of materials, and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse and Production teams for seamless operations.

The role involves generating daily to monthly inventory reports, conducting stock reconciliations, ensuring policy compliance, identifying slow-moving stock, and supporting audits to optimize inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.
• Monitor and track inward and outward movement of materials across the warehouse and production units.
• Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliation and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures to minimize stock variances.
• Support inventory audits and maintain proper documentation of all stock transactions.
• Assist in optimizing inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
