Job summary

PAREKH in Lucknow invites applications for a Warehouse Supervisor role responsible for CNF activities, stock accuracy, and timely dispatches. You will lead warehouse operations, enforce discipline, and ensure compliance with company policies while coordinating with transporters and internal teams.

The role requires maintaining 5S, preparing MIS reports, and liaising with customers and principal company to resolve issues and optimize depot performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all CNF activities in the warehouse.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies by all team members.
• Liaison with principal company, customers and internal teams for all operational and administrative matters of the depot & document all in MOM.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy and verify POD acknowledgments within TAT.
• Ensure MIS reports are prepared and sent to authorities as per defined timelines.
• Monitor pending Stock In Transit, GRN and account all Sales Returned Vouchers on daily basis and elevate exceptions if any to principal company.
• Ensure timely acknowledgments are received from transporters and customers and updation in PANDO portal.
• Responsible for handling petty cash and timely reconciliation with accounts team.
• Ensure stacking norms, safety norms to be followed as per guidelines.
• Responsible for monitoring timely order processing and dispatches.
• Ensure 100% Implementation of 5S maintained on daily basis.
• Responsible for periodical SOP training to team members and compliance followed.
• Co-ordinate with Transporters for dispatch as per route plan and maximum vehicle utilization.
