Alienkind is seeking a hands-on Junior Supply Chain & Procurement Associate to support daily procurement, inventory tracking and dispatch coordination. You will help execute smooth operations across our warehousing network and outlets, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate records.

Ideal candidates are freshers or up to 2 years of experience, hold an undergraduate degree, and are willing to start early shifts at 4 AM.

• Willingness to work early morning shifts (4 AM start).

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain & Procurement Associate to support daily supply chain operations. This role focuses on execution excellence across procurement, inventory tracking, and dispatch coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Support
  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely supply
  • Follow up with vendors on deliveries, delays, and discrepancies
  • Assist in maintaining vendor records and pricing data
• Inventory & Stock Management
  • Monitor daily stock levels and update inventory records
  • Track consumption and flag low stock or excess inventory
  • Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation
• Dispatch & Logistics
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch to outlets
  • Verify quantities and quality before dispatch
  • Coordinate with delivery teams for timely pickups
• Goods Receiving
  • Receive materials and verify against purchase orders
  • Conduct basic quality checks on incoming goods
  • Maintain proper inward documentation
• Process & Compliance
  • Maintain hygiene and storage standards in the warehouse
  • Ensure FIFO practices are followed consistently
  • Support basic reporting and documentation
