Job summary

Truehunt is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Associate for our Bengaluru facility. You will own order dispatch, inventory controls, and vendor coordination to ensure timely shipping and accurate stock levels.

You’ll also lead a small team and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, ecommerce-focused environment. The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing or logistics, solid Excel skills, and the ability to commute to the Bengaluru warehouse.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience packaging and dispatching.
• Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, basic dashboards).
• D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG background preferred
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Comfortable leading a small team without micromanaging
• Proactive communicator - you flag problems, not hide them
• Based in or able to commute daily to our Bengaluru warehouse

Responsibilities

• Order Dispatch: Ensure every order is picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

• Packing Materials Procurement: Source materials and manage vendors to avoid stockouts.
• Returns & Reverse Logistics: Handle returns end-to-end with our support team.
• WMS Operations: Update and maintain the Warehouse Management System daily.
• Team Management: Guide, schedule, and lead 12 warehouse staff.
• Reporting: Share daily dispatch updates and weekly inventory snapshots.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose fixes.

• Order Dispatch: Ensure every order is picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time zero delays, zero wrong items
• Inventory Management: Track stock across 810 SKUs, flag reorder points early, and keep physical counts aligned with system records
• Packing Materials Procurement: Anticipate requirements, source materials, manage vendors, and make sure we never run out of what we need to ship
• Returns & Reverse Logistics: Handle customer returns end-to-end receipt, inspection, logging, and coordination with the customer support team
• WMS Operations: Update and maintain our Warehouse Management System daily; ensure data is accurate and usable at all times
• Team Management: Guide, schedule, and hold accountable 12 warehouse staff — lead by example
• Reporting: Share daily dispatch updates and weekly inventory snapshots; flag any issues before they become problems
• Process Improvement: Spot what's slowing us down and propose fixes — we love good ideas here
