G T Fruitech Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Warehouse In charge responsible for coordinating procurement of fruits, managing vendor deliveries, and maintaining stock integrity at our Mumbai facility.

You will oversee daily records, MIS reporting, and ensure timely procurement, accurate stock levels, and proper documentation to support efficient packing and dispatch operations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify the quantity of fruits required to be procured based on the indent and available stock.
• Coordinate with procurement team for purchase of short quantities.
• Ensure fruits are procured within the planned timeline, preferably during the morning procurement cycle.
• Verify procured fruits meet required quality, variety, size, and quantity specifications.
• Communicate procurement shortages, quality concerns, or delays to the concerned team in advance.
• Ensure the company representative delivers the consignment to the designated Vendor warehouse.
• Coordinate with the representative to ensure dispatched quantity is properly handed over.
• Ensure receiving is obtained from Vendor warehouse against the delivered consignment.
• Monitor and record shortages, rejections, quality issues, or receiving discrepancies reported by the vendor.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for resolution of receiving-related issues.
• Maintain records of dispatched quantity versus accepted quantity.
• Maintain accurate daily records of balance fruit stock after packing and dispatch.
• Record variety-wise and quantity-wise closing stock.
• Ensure balance stock is physically verified and reconciled with inventory records.
• Maintain daily records of indents received, stock before packing, quantities for packing, procured, packed, dispatched.
• Sticker printing and application status.
• Quantity dispatched and accepted by vendor.
• Rejections or discrepancies, closing stock, wastage or damaged quantity.
• Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to management.
• Ensure all records are accurate, updated, and available for review.

Warehouse In charge- Job Description

1. Procurement Coordination

2. Vendor Warehouse Delivery & Receiving

• Ensure that the company representative delivers the consignment to the designated
• Vendor warehouse.
• Coordinate with the representative to ensure that the dispatched quantity is
• properly handed over.
• Ensure that receiving is obtained from Vendor warehouse against the delivered
• consignment.
• Monitor and record any shortage, rejection, quality issue, or receiving discrepancy
• reported by Vendor.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for resolution of receiving-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of dispatched quantity versus accepted quantity.

3. Closing Stock & Balance Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate daily records of the balance fruit stock remaining after packing and dispatch.
• Record the variety-wise and quantity-wise closing stock.
• Ensure that balance stock is physically verified and reconciled with the inventory

records.

• Monitor the condition and usability of the remaining stock.
• Ensure proper segregation of saleable, hold, rejected, and damaged stock, wherever applicable.
• Identify stock that can be utilized for the next day Indent requirements.

4. Documentation & MIS Reporting

• Maintain daily records of:
• Indents received
• Stock available before packing
• Quantity allocated for packing
• Quantity procured
• Quantity packed
• Sticker printing and application status
• Quantity dispatched
• Quantity accepted by vendor.
• Rejections or discrepancies
• Closing stock
• Wastage or damaged quantity
• Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to the concerned management.
• Ensure that all records are accurate, updated, and available for review.
