Job summary

Vissco Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products within India. The role requires coordinating with logistics teams, hospitals, distributors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolution of service-related issues.

The candidate will maintain accurate records of stock movements, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, physical verification, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products to distributors, customers, and hospitals.
• Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Visit hospitals and customer locations to assess service-related issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Handle and coordinate the servicing of product returns from hospitals, distributors, and customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and other departments for stock and delivery-related requirements.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate work, and monitor daily team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, inventory, returns, and dispatch transactions.
• Ensure proper product storage, handling, housekeeping, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve warehouse efficiency.
