Job summary

Total Group in Nagpur seeks an experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations in a 3PL setting. You will manage inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and SOPs.

You will lead a team, coordinate with transporters, customers and internal departments, monitor KPIs, optimize space, and drive process improvements to raise efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing warehouse operations and teams.
• Ability to drive inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with WMS/SAP/ERP systems and SOPs.
