Job summary

More Retail is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to manage day-to-day activities at our distribution center in Vizag (Visakhapatnam). You will oversee inbound, outbound, picking, loading and dispatch processes to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse/DC operations, experience in Retail/FMCG, and the ability to lead a team including pickers and drivers, with readiness for night shifts. SAP/WMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse/DC Operations.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG or Distribution Center operations with F&V experience preferred.
• Strong team handling and operational skills.
• Willing to work night shifts and take immediate joiners.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, loading and dispatch
• Supervise warehouse team including pickers, loaders and drivers
• Ensure stock accuracy and proper inventory management
• Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) for stock rotation
• Ensure proper handling and storage of Fresh, Dairy and Frozen products
• Maintain cold chain and product quality standards
• Monitor store dispatches and ensure timely deliveries
• Use SAP/WMS for inventory tracking, stock updates and audits
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and discipline within the warehouse

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Warehouse / DC Operations
• Experience in Retail, FMCG or Distribution Center operations with F&V (Fresh & Vegetables) experience preferred
• Good team handling and operational skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
