Job summary

Idam Natural Wellness is seeking an experienced HR Manager (Warehouse) to lead the HR function for our warehouse operations in Farrukhnagar. The role acts as a strategic business partner to warehouse leadership, ensuring workforce planning, compliance, engagement, and industrial relations.

The ideal candidate will manage onboarding, attendance, records, performance support, and contractor ecosystems while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and safety.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience with warehouse/operations exposure.
• Experience in Warehousing, Logistics, E-commerce, Supply Chain, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or 3PL.
• Strong IR knowledge, Labour Laws and Compliance.
• Experience managing large blue-collar workforce and contractor ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and MS Excel & HRMS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations for warehouse employees including onboarding and attendance.
• Partner with leaders to drive manpower planning and productivity.
• Manage contract workforce and staffing partners.
• Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws and audits.
• Drive IR initiatives and maintain positive employee relations.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
• Lead engagement, welfare, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide MIS and insights.
• Ensure timely statutory documentation and inspections.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for our warehouse operations. This role will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to warehouse leadership, ensuring effective workforce management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and industrial relations while supporting business growth in a fast-paced operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations for warehouse employees, including onboarding, attendance, employee records, performance support, disciplinary actions, and exit management.
• Partner with warehouse and business leaders to drive manpower planning, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage contract workforce, manpower vendors, and third-party staffing partners to ensure optimal manpower availability.
• Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, audits, and company HR policies.
• Drive Industrial Relations (IR) initiatives and maintain a positive employee relations environment.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams for seamless HR processes.
• Lead employee engagement, welfare, recognition, and retention initiatives to improve workforce satisfaction.
• Support performance management, talent development, succession planning, and capability-building programs.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and provide actionable insights to business leadership.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory documentation, contractor compliance, and labour inspections.
• Promote a culture of safety, ethics, and operational excellence across warehouse operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• 610 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to warehouse or operations HR.
• Prior experience in Warehousing, Logistics, E-commerce, Supply Chain, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or 3PL organizations.
