Job summary

Paragon Solutions in India is seeking an experienced Warehouse professional to manage inbound/outbound material, GRN/SAP entries, stock reconciliation and day-to-day warehouse operations.

You will coordinate with transporters, customers and internal teams, ensure 5S and safety, prepare MIS reports and maintain packaging stock; candidates from Manufacturing/Automotive/Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inward & outward material, GRN/SAP entries and documentation.
• Verify material, identify shortages/damages and maintain proper records.
• Maintain physical & SAP stock reconciliation and minimum stock levels.
• Handle storage, stacking, labeling, 5S and safety requirements.
• Manage material picking, dispatch, loading and vehicle documentation.
• Maintain packaging stock such as Box, Pallet, Lid, Sleeve and Insert.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, HO and Operations.
• Follow up on shortages, damages and operational issues.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations as per SOP and safety standards.

• Good knowledge of inward, outward, dispatch and material handling.
• Experience in MIS reporting and warehouse documentation.
• Knowledge of 5S, SOP, safety and warehouse practices.
• Good coordination and communication skills with transporters, customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Candidates from Manufacturing / Automotive / Logistics industry Packaging service industry preferred.
