Role Overview

As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of inventory, storage, and logistics operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that materials are received, stored, and dispatched with 100% accuracy, while maintaining a lean and organized facility. This position requires a mix of administrative precision and hands-on physical oversight to prevent stock discrepancies and supply chain delays.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 12 years in warehouse operations, stores management, or logistics (Construction or Engineering sector experience is a plus).
• Education: Graduate in any stream; a Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (like Zoho Inventory, SAP, or Tally) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to spend extended periods on the warehouse floor and oversee manual labor.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure during peak dispatch hours.
