Job summary

Draeger India Private Limited in Pune (preferred) and Vasai invites applications for a Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including material receipt, inventory control, order execution, and documentation while ensuring FIFO/FEFO and EHS compliance.

The role requires graduates with computer literacy and SAP experience, 3–5 years in warehouse/inventory, strong coordination, accuracy, and reporting skills, and a contractual 6-month Mumbai Vasai Draeger Warehouse training

Qualifications

• Graduate with computer knowledge and SAP preferred.
• 3-5 years warehouse/inventory experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control, documentation, and compliance.
• Strong coordination, accuracy and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against PO/DC/Invoice.
• Perform GRN and inventory transactions in SAP/ERP.
• Ensure proper storage, binning, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Execute orders for Equipment, Consumables, Spares, and Projects (South Zone).
• Prepare delivery note, invoice, and E-way bill.
• Conduct physical stock checks and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory records and related documentation.
• Identify and report damaged/expired/non-moving items.
• Support audits and coordinate with internal teams.
• Handle inward goods and support warehouse shifting activities.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
