Job summary

ARISTO PHARMACEUTICALS is seeking a seasoned logistics and despatch professional in Mumbai to oversee run despatches, warehouse activities, and packing operations. The role requires cost-effective despatches, stock control, and MIS reporting from ERP systems, with coordination across departments.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP tools is essential. The candidate should have 6–8 years of experience in pharma/distribution, with 2–3 years at an executive level, and managing 5–8 staff.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of work experience in despatch/warehouse roles.
• 2–3 years at executive level is preferred.
• Prefer FMCG/Pharma or distribution network experience.
• Experience handling 5–8 staff (staff/packers/loaders).
• Age 27–35 years.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for run despatches/warehouse activities loading/unloading packing, etc.
• Experience in pharma/FMCG/other distribution network preferable.
• Timely and cost effective despatches.
• Closely watch non-moving stock and timely action.
• Well-versed with stock audit.
• Checking and clearing transporters bills.
• Knowledge of online road permits.
• Generation of MIS reports in ERP system daily/weekly/monthly.
• Coordination with other departments.
• Good with computers (Excel and Word) and other admin work.

• Experience in pharma/Fmcg/other Distribution network will be preferable
• Timely and cost effective despatches
• Closely watch on non moving stock and timely action
• Well-versed with Stock Audit
• Checking and clearing transporters bills
• Knowledge of online road permits
• Generation of Mis Reports in ERP System daily/weekly /monthly
• Co-ordination with other dept.
• Good in computers(excel and word) and others admin work

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 6-8 Years work Experience out of that 2-3 years on executive level
• Preferably work experience in FMCG/Pharma/other Distribution network
• Experience to handled 5-8 people (Staff/Packers/Loaders Etc)
