Role Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, punctual, and detail-oriented Logistics & Dispatch Manager to head our end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment operations. In this role, you will lead the packaging floor, manage daily dispatches, coordinate with courier partners, and ensure that every fragile fragrance package is dispatched accurately, securely, and strictly on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Platform Order Fulfillment: Oversee and process daily order queues across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our brand website, ensuring zero backlog and same-day dispatch targets.
• Packaging Floor Supervision: Directly manage and train packaging staff to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fragile goods—ensuring leak-proof sealing, protective cushioning, correct labeling, and pristine presentation.
• Courier Coordination & Pickups: Liaise daily with logistics aggregators and courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, Xpressbees) to schedule timely pickups, resolve transit bottlenecks, and elevate delivery delays.
• RTO & Returns Management: Monitor Return to Origin (RTO) rates, process Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) proactively to reduce failed deliveries, and verify returned inventory upon receipt.
• Inventory & Packaging Supplies: Track daily consumption of packaging materials (boxes, inner trays, shrink wraps, security tapes) to prevent stockouts and workflow interruptions.
• MIS & Performance Reporting: Maintain daily dispatch logs, turnaround times (TAT), delivery success ratios, and courier performance data in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Process Discipline: Enforce strict workplace punctuality, floor hygiene, and adherence to company dispatch guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce dispatch, logistics management, or warehouse operations (experience in D2C, cosmetics, FMCG, or fragile goods is strongly preferred).
• Platform Proficiency: Working familiarity with seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal) and logistics management software/aggregators.
• Data Tools: Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (tracker maintenance, basic formulas, sorting, filtering).
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead ground-level packaging and dispatch teams, allocate daily tasks, and maintain high operational output under pressure.
• Attributes: High level of professional discipline, punctuality, ownership mindset, and rapid problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Clear, effective verbal and written coordination skills for partner and vendor management.
