Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end order processing and dispatch for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and others.
• Verify product, quantity, shipping address, order details and payment status before dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse, packing teams for picking, packing, labeling and timely dispatch.
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, packing slips and AWB documents.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for daily pickups and handover of shipments.
• Update AWB/tracking details and follow up on delayed, undelivered or returned shipments.

WE ARE HIRING E-COMMERCE DISPATCH EXECUTIVE

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1-3 Years
Salary: 18,000 - 20,000/- Per Month

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Manage end-to-end order processing and dispatch for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify & other platforms.
  Verify product, quantity, shipping address, order details & payment status before dispatch.
  Coordinate with warehouse & packing teams for picking, packing, labelling and timely dispatch.
  Generate shipping labels, invoices, packing slips, AWB & other shipment documents.
  Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for daily pickups and shipment handover.
  Update AWB/tracking details and follow up on delayed, undelivered, held & RTO shipments.
  Handle returns, replacements, re-dispatch and maintain proper shipment records.
  Handle Amazon FBA shipment plans, labels, documentation & FBA-related coordination.
  Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support regarding FBA discrepancies, delays, receiving & inventory issues.
  Maintain dispatch records, shipment reconciliation and prepare daily/weekly reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  Strong communication, follow-up, accuracy and ability to manage multiple orders & shipment deadlines.
