Job summary

Kinet Railway Solutions Limited is seeking a Warehouse Data Entry Operator to ensure accurate data entry for stock and inventory management. You will input inward and outward stock into our ERP system, monitor stock levels, and support daily warehouse operations.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols, and willingness to work in shifts. You will contribute to reports and continuous improvement initiatives in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

The role of a Warehouse Data Entry Operator is crucial in the manufacturing sector, as it involves managing and inputting data accurately to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse.

Your profile

• Ensuring all data is entered into inward and outward stock correctly and without errors to maintain inventory accuracy and order fulfillment efficiency.
• Accurately inputting inventory information, including stock levels and transaction details, into warehouse software like ERP System.
• Monitor and support shop-floor activities including physical counting, verification, unloading, putaway, kitting, picking, and line feeding.
• Prepare daily operational reports, track performance, and drive mitigation actions for process failures.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and implementation of 5S practices.
• Update system records, stock reports, and maintain accuracy.
• Generate daily/weekly reports as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for timely data updates.
• Monitor system errors and report issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in basic documentation and filing work.
• Ability to follow SOPs, Safety/security protocols, and compliance regulations.
• Work in Shift & own the responsibility to report tracking & report circulation.
