Job summary

Logiwiz Logistics in Kerala is seeking an experienced Data Entry Supervisor to oversee daily data entry operations across inward, outward, inventory, GRN and invoices.

You will train new joiners on systems and SOPs, maintain master data and MIS, and supervise data entry operators to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and discipline.

Qualifications

• Graduation / Diploma (Any discipline).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in data entry with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setup is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily operational data (inward, outward, inventory, GRN, invoices, dispatch details) accurately into ERP/Excel systems.
• Maintain and update master data, reports, and MIS on a daily/weekly basis.
• Verify source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
• Maintain physical and digital records as per company policy.
• Supervise and guide data entry operators for accuracy, timeliness, and discipline.
• Allocate work and monitor daily productivity of the data entry team.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure zero or minimal data errors.
• Train new joiners on systems, formats, and SOPs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Highlight discrepancies, variances, or system issues to management.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports as required.
