Qualifications

• Experience setting up warehouses desirable; Six Sigma Green Belt or similar beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Manage inventory and logistics daily, maintaining zero variance where possible.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, monitor productivity and quality against targets.
• Develop and implement workflows, staffing plans, space layouts, and equipment utilization.
• Maintain cost controls by budgeting for Capex and operating expenses and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
• Responsible for Efficient inventory management through regular cycle and physical stock audit and maintaining zero variance.
• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency - with customer satisfaction the primary goal - by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory and shipping methods.
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standard and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
• Responsible for warehouse Operation cost vs Budget Cost, make warehouse budget for Capex and Operation expenses.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of warehouse management experience, ideally with an e-commerce or Technology company with some data analytics experience.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline with Management Graduates in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
• Prior experience of setting up warehouses is desirable.
• Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt, 5S *ASCM CLTD & KnoWerX PGP CWMP (Certified Warehouse Management Professional) will also be beneficial. Not mandatory requirement of company but having these certifications will provide knowledge giving an edge over others.
