Job summary

RISE AGRO INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring for a warehouse operative in Indore. You will pick and ship merchandise from the distribution center and verify returns and deliveries. Maintain stock levels, scan containers, and ensure safe handling of goods. You may train new staff as they join the team.

Candidate must follow safety procedures and inventory logs, ensuring accurate counts and organized packing for shipping. This role is on-site in Indore as part of daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick merchandise from distribution center and move to shipping bay
• Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify contents
• Count and stock merchandise based on inventory logs
• Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and report to supervisor
• Pack orders securely for shipping and seal cartons
• Carefully handle merchandise at all times
• Assist and train new employees during onboarding
• Scan containers to determine contents and destination

• Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents
• Count and stock merchandise based on inventory control log
• Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately
• Pack orders in an orderly manner and close cartons so they are prepared for shipping
• Treat merchandise with care and concern at all times
• Train and support new employees as they are on-boarded
• Scan all containers to determine appropriate contents as well as end destination
