IntouchCX is hiring for Customer Service Associates (CSA Voice) in Hyderabad to handle international voice processes with 24/7 rotational shifts. The role is Work From Office (WFO) with immediate joiners preferred and 0–2 years of experience, requiring excellent English communication.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and maintain accurate records to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 10+2 qualification is mandatory.
• Diploma (3 years) or equivalent.
• BE / B.Tech or Graduates in any stream.
• 0–2 years experience in relevant field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
