IntouchCX is hiring for Customer Service Associates (CSA Voice) in Hyderabad. This role is based in the office with 24/7 rotational shifts and international voice processes.

You will handle calls, interact with customers across markets, assess needs, suggest suitable products and services, and resolve queries to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Required 1–3 years of experience, 10+2 or Diploma/BE/B.Tech or graduates, and excellent English communication.
